Rob Chapman is the Executive Chairman of Chapman Capital Partners. Rob's extensive executive career within the financial services industry includes previous roles as Chief Executive Officer of St George Banking Group (2010 – 2012) and Managing Director of BankSA (2002 – 2010). Rob currently serves as a Director/Chairman for several prominent South Australian and National Boards, including Coopers Brewery Limited, Export Finance Australia and Adelaide Airport Limited. Rob is a Senior Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Jennifer Ma

Managing Director

Jennifer Ma is the Managing Director of Chapman Capital Partners with 20 years' experience advising corporates, SMEs, government and not-for-profits across a range of sectors. Prior to Chapman Capital Partners, Jennifer was a Partner at KPMG and Head of KPMG’s South Australian Corporate Finance practice, advising clients on private treaty divestments and acquisitions, business valuations and capital raisings. Jennifer is a Chartered Accountant and a non-executive director of not-for-profit Workskil Australia Inc and the Australian Strategic Policy Institute.

Jim Hazel is a Director of Chapman Capital Partners and is an experienced company director with listed, unlisted, government and not-for-profit organisations. Jim is regularly appointed as Board or Major Subcommittee Chair, and holds current roles with businesses such as Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Limited, Ingenia Communities Group and Coopers Brewery Limited. Jim’s executive career spans over several decades with time as Managing Director in an ASX listed environment, as well as extensive banking and finance senior executive roles.

Con Tragakis

Director

Con Tragakis is a Director of Chapman Capital Partners and has had a 27 year career with KPMG both nationally and internationally, including Chairman of Partners (2011-2018) and 17 years as a partner specialising in Property, Infrastructure and Financial Services. As a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia, among other qualifications, Con's focus is to expand his interests in the financial services and funds management sectors with a particular interest in property. With a passion to shape and influence a positive future for South Australia, Con also has directorships with several South Australian businesses and is on the Board of Renewal SA.

Bruce Carter

Director

Bruce Carter is a Director of Chapman Capital Partners and is an experienced Board Chair, Audit Committee Chair and Director with businesses in the private sector such as Genesee and Wyoming Inc, Aventus Capital Limited, Bank of Queensland Ltd and Crown Resorts Ltd, and in government roles such as the Board of Australian Submarine Corporation, South Australian Economic Development Board (2008 – 2010) and Resources, Infrastructure & Investment Task Force. Bruce has a successful track record of financial industry restructurings, capital raisings and IPOs, and has vast industry knowledge in Resources & Mining, Transport, Insurance and Finance among other industries. Bruce was Founding Managing Partner of Ferrier Hodgson, Adelaide (1992-2012).

Sarah Emms has over 20 years’ experience in corporate finance with large corporate entities and as an advisor. Prior to CCP, Sarah was Head of Corporate Development at Codan Limited after spending six years in the Adelaide Corporate Finance practice of KPMG. She has experience in strategic planning, corporate development, project management, investor relations, business valuation, acquisitions and divestments. Sarah is a Chartered Financial Analyst and is passionate about the transition to renewable energy and net zero emissions.
