Bruce Carter is a Director of Chapman Capital Partners and is an experienced Board Chair, Audit Committee Chair and Director with businesses in the private sector such as Genesee and Wyoming Inc, Aventus Capital Limited, Bank of Queensland Ltd and Crown Resorts Ltd, and in government roles such as the Chair of Australian Submarine Corporation, South Australian Economic Development Board (2008 – 2010) and Resources, Infrastructure & Investment Task Force. Bruce has a successful track record of financial industry restructurings, capital raisings and IPOs, and has vast industry knowledge in Resources & Mining, Transport, Insurance and Finance among other industries. Bruce was Founding Managing Partner of Ferrier Hodgson, Adelaide (1992-2012).
